Three-year deal from next season includes live rights and internet and mobile rights
The Premier League is pleased to announce that Sky Deutschland has been awarded the exclusive broadcasting rights to the Barclays Premier League in Germany for the seasons 2013/14-2015/16.
As part of the agreement, Sky also secured the exclusive internet and mobile rights for Germany and Austria for the same period.
Burkhard Weber, Senior Vice President Sports at Sky, said: “The Barclays Premier League is an essential part of our sport package. We are very pleased that we can continue presenting one of the best leagues in Europe to our customers for the next years, live and exclusively on Sky.”
